I have a strong background in the legal field and in insurance. Upon completing my bachelor’s at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I obtained my paralegal certificate through Northern Essex Community College’s ABA approved paralegal program. I entered the legal field working in criminal defense and later in civil defense. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I handled claims for a nationally ranked insurance company.

I am an expert researcher, thanks to my background as a paralegal, making me an invaluable resource in real estate. The J.D Power U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study which ranked Amica Mutual Insurance in the top two during the four years I worked handling auto claims is a reflection of the high customer service expectations I set for myself.
